We are a high-performance, high-expectation, fun and invigorating place to exercise the incredible skills and talents we have been given by God. We are committed to a core set of values that we believe are non-negotiable. This means that team members must be committed to these values in order to remain on the team. These values are listed in priority order meaning that we work from the top. Integrity can NEVER be compromised. If a sacrifice in efficiency is required to meet our commitments, then we will choose to do so. Putting these in priority order will guide our decision making process if there is ever any question by one of our team members.
Our values are summed up in the acronym: I SEE Joy
Integrity
Honesty – speaking the truth in love
- We are going to be honest with our clients and with our team members in every situation. However, we are NOT going to say things that hurt people or could be considered gossip in that process.
Honor commitments – Let your yes be yes and your no be no
- One of the key success factors to our division has been keeping our commitments or communicating immediately if there is some reason we cannot. Our clients’ and our team members’ time is VALUABLE and we will honor that.
Admit mistakes
- All of us make mistakes. However, we will NOT hide our mistakes. It is better to take it immediately to your leadership than have leadership find out later! It destroys trust and prevents us from serving with excellence.
Service above Self
In every area of our lives, we are to be servants to others. Putting ourselves first is not only selfish but prevents others from achieving their potential. Although short term demands may shift our focus for a bit, we place value on serving in this priority order:
- Family
- Team
- Client
Effort
- We love what we do. We are passionate about our mission because our work really matters. Since we love it, it is natural for us to work hard and with excellence. This produces focus and intensity which over time develops momentum.
- We work to demonstrate God’s character because we are made in His image.
- Take personal responsibility. Don’t subscribe to victim thinking or blaming others. Offer a solution for every problem you identify. Ask questions that solve problems rather than reveal them. Good questions begin with “what” or “how”, contain an “I”, and focus on an action.
Eliminate Waste
We are always looking for a better way to do things. We don’t do things a certain way just because they have always been done this way. We believe we are stewards of time, money, and talent, and wasting those does not honor our employer, our teammates, or God. So we will continually identify ways to eliminate waste and duplicated efforts.
Joy
We have a good sense of humor and laugh together often and enjoy what we do on a day-to-day basis
